摘  要:【目的】建立适宜干制骏枣贮期印度谷螟的防治方法。【方法】通过物理方法(紫外照射、冷激、辐照、臭氧)、化学方法(甲酸乙酯、乙醇、二氧化氯)和气体包装(2%O2+5%CO2、30%CO2、NO)处理干制骏枣,统计各处理蛀果率,数据分析采用SPSS软件的Duncan显著性检验方法。【结果】干制骏枣在含水量23%、低温(5℃)条件下贮藏,能有效降低蛀果率;气体包装处理组中NO处理的蛀果率较低,整个贮期在6%以内;物理方法处理组中辐照处理蛀果率低于4%;化学方法处理组中甲酸乙酯和乙醇处理在贮期330 d前的蛀果率维持在3.5%以内。辐照处理后的干制骏枣蛀果率显著(P<0.05)小于处理对照组(CK)、NO和甲酸乙酯处理组,其余三组差异不显著。【结论】干制骏枣常温贮藏中化学方法操作容易、效果稳定,尤其以甲酸乙酯和乙醇的处理效果最佳。[ Objective ] The aim of the research is to preliminarily establish appropriate prevention and treatment methods for controlling Plodia interpunctella (Hiibner) development at Junzao dried dates storage period. [ Method ] Different physical, chemical and gas package treat methods were applied respectively. Physical methods included different treated tactics which were ultraviolet irradiate, quench, radiation and ozone. Chemical methods also have several different tactics treated by Ethylformate and chlorine dioxide. Gas package included three different treatments that were 2% 02±5% CO2, 30% CO5 and NO separately. As for statistic insect rate of different treatment, the ANOVA of data were analyzed using the Duncan test by SPSS software. [ Result ] As a result Junzao dried dates insect rate was inhibited efficiently at humidity and tempera- ture were 23 % and 5℃. Different experiment methods achieved some distinct results, the Junzao dried dates insect rate was within 6% in the whole detected period treated by NO. The radiation method insect rate was less than 4% and better than other three physical groups on inhibiting effect in the whole detected time, and had a excellent lasting effect. Ethyl formate and alcohol treatment groups were the better treatments among the three chemical methods, the Junzao dried dates insect rate always maintained within 3.5% until 330 days. The most priority treatment material of the three different method groups were selected to test based on ANOVA. The results showed that insect rate of radiation group was significantly (P 〈0. 05) less than the other three groups, which were control group, NO group and Ethylformate group, but didnt display significance among of them. [ Conclusion ] In actual practice, dry chemical method of Jujube during storage at room temperature is easy to operate with stable effect. In particular, ethyl formate and ethanol treatment effect is the best at present.
