摘  要:获取准确、可靠的振动信号是保证振动主动控制系统正常工作的一个重要条件.根据精密航空零件加工机床的振动主动控制系统的设计指标要求,设计了机床振动检测试验系统.为了保证该系统的频率测量结果准确、可靠且符合设计指标要求,从系统试验结果的偏差性、压电加速度计、标准电荷放大器、动态信号分析仪、装置年稳定性、环境温度、交流声和噪声、横向振动和人员读数分散性等9个方面评定了系统测得的振动信号频率的各类不确定度及其分量,形成了机床振动检测试验系统频率测量结果的不确定度报告,并对两类不确定度的评定结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:机床振动检测试验系统的设计是合理的,重复测量结果准确、可靠,符合设计指标要求;采用引入不确定度的方法描述系统测得的振动信号,提高了测量结果的准确度和可信度;同时,为今后进一步提高此类检测系统测量结果的准确性与可靠性,提供了合理、有效的方法.Obtaining accurate and reliable vibration signals is an important condition to ensure the normal operation of the active vibration control system.A vibration test system for the machine tool is designedaccording to the design requirements of vibration active control system for machine tool of precise aviation parts.In order to ensure that the frequency results of the system are both accurate and reliable,which can meet the design requirements,the indeterminacy and its components of the frequency measurement results are evaluatedfrom the nine aspects of deviation of repetitive test results,piezoelectric accelerometer,standard charge amplifier,dynamic signal analyzer,device stability,environmental temperature,hum and noise,transverse vibration and the dispersion of personnel reading.A report on the indeterminacy of the frequency measurement results is developed,the evaluation results of the two kinds of indeterminacy are compared and analyzedand the results show that the design and construction of the machine tool vibration test system are reasonable and effective,repeated measurement results are accurate,reliable and meet the design requirements,indeterminacy is introduced to describe measured vibration signal,which improves the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.A new reasonable and effective methods are provided to improve the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results of this kind of testing system in the same time.
