安脑片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨安脑片和盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效及其作用机制。方法:椎-基底动脉供血不足患者294例随机分为A、B、C三组各98例。A组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,B组口服安脑片,C组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊和安脑片,均以15 d为一疗程。比较三组患者症状积分、临床疗效、椎-基底动脉血流速度,Mo CA评分及血清Tau蛋白水平,记录用药期间的不良反应。结果:治疗后,C组症状积分和临床总有效率分别为(10.05±2.23)分和96.94%,均优于A、B两组(P<0.05)。治疗后,各组脑血流速度、认知功能及Tau蛋白浓度均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且C组明显优于A组和B组(P<0.05)。三组患者在用药期间均未见明显药品不良反应。结论:安脑片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪能显著地改善VBI患者临床症状、脑血流速度和认知功能,其机制可能与降低血清Tau蛋白浓度有关。Objective： To explore the efficiency of Annao tablets combined with flunarizine hydroehloride capsules in the treatment of patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency （VBI）. Methods： Totally 294 patients with VBI were randomly divided into group A, B and C （ n = 98）. Group A received flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, group B received Annao tablets, group C received flunarizinc hydrochloride capsules combined with Annao tablets, and the treatment course was 15 days. The symptom scores, clinical efficacy, blood flow velocity of vertebral-basilar artery and serum Tau level were compared among the three groups. The adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were recorded. Results： After the treatment, the symptom scores and clinical total effective rate of group C was （10.05 ±2.23） and 96.94%, respectively, which were better than those in the other two groups （P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, the cerebral blood flow velocity, cognitive function and serum Tau level were improved in the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while those in group C were better than those in the other two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No obvious adverse reaction was observed in the three groups. Conclusion： Annao tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with VBI, and the mechanism is partly related with the reduction of serum Tan protein level.
