摘 要:视网膜退行性病变是造成视觉损害乃至失明的重要原因,由于成年视网膜组织无法自我更新病变中丢失的细胞,导致视网膜退行性病变具有不可逆性。诱导多能干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化的巨大潜力,是建立疾病模型、研究细胞替代疗法的理想供体。本文重点论述诱导多能干细胞的获取及其向神经视网膜细胞定向分化方面的研究进展,为视网膜退行性病变的实验室研究和临床诊治提供一定参考。Retinal degeneration diseases are the leading cause of visual impairment and blindness, this kind of blindness is always irreversible because the loss of retinal cells in these diseases can not be renewed. Induced pluripotent stem cell has an unlimited capacity for self-renewal and is able to differentiate into multiple cell types, which makes it a great candidate to build disease model and develop cell replacement therapy. This article reviews the research progress on the generation of induced pluripotent stem cell and the differentiation from induced pluripotent stem cells into neural retinal cells, in order to provide a reference for the laboratory study and clinical treatment of retinal degeneration diseases.
