高校公益性社团“实践育人”的经验与启示——以广州番禺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：推进高校公益性社团建设是促进社会公益事业发展,完成"立德树人"根本教育任务,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,促进大学生成长成才,形成实践育人教育长效机制的重要保障。基于此,在分析高校公益性社团"实践育人"内涵的基础上,总结了番禺职业技术学院公益性社团在"实践育人"过程中的基本经验和启示,为高校公益性社团建设和人才培养目标的实现提供有益参考。For universities,the construction of campus public service organizations will not only stimulate the development of social public service business,but help them to accomplish their fundamental job of ＂Education through Morality Cultivation ＂. These organizations may lead university students to develop socialist core values in their personal growth,and help the universities to establish a long- term morality education mechanism through practice. The paper,on the basis of an elaboration on the connotations of ＂Practice- based Education ＂ by public service organizations, generalized the experiences of Panyu Polytechnic which merited reference,hoping to provide a tentative instruction for the construction of similar organizations and the realization of talent educational goals in other universities.
