摘　　要：实训教学是高职院校培养高素质技能型人才的重要手段,也是培养理论联系实际应用型人才的重要环节。根据盘锦职业技术学院工学结合、理实一体的教学理念,以及化工实训基地建设特点和省示范院校建设规划,从创新化工单元操作实训教学内容、实训教学方法、实训教学设计、管理制度、技能展演、考核方式,以及师资队伍建设等方面进行了探索与实践,提出了高职院校实施该课程实训教学改革的全新思路与创新应用。Practice teaching is an important means of cultivating high-quality skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,and also an important link in cultivating applied talents combining theory with practice. According to the teaching concept of work-integrated learning, and combining theory and practice, and features of chemical training base construction and the construction planning of provincial demonstrative colleges, it explores and practices from the teaching content, practice teaching methods, teaching design, management system, skills performance, evaluation methods, and teacher team construction, and puts forward the new thought and innovative application of the teaching reform.
