摘　　要：肿瘤局部消融治疗是利用物理或化学因素直接或间接杀伤肿瘤细胞,以其治疗精准、创伤小、疗效确切等优点为临床所广泛应用。随着局部消融治疗设备及技术的不断发展,以及临床研究的不断深入,对这一治疗方法的认识也在不断加深,其临床应用的范围也不断扩大。以射频消融、微波凝固消融等手段为主的各种综合治疗方案已经成为多种肿瘤综合治疗的一种新策略。但如何做到精准消融,实现一次性整体灭活肿瘤而不过度损伤正常组织;如何与放化疗、动脉栓塞化疗等手段有机结合,最大程度提高患者疗效,均迫切需要进一步深入研究。本文就肿瘤局部消融治疗进展做一述评。Local ablation therapy utilizes physical or chemical factors to kill tumor cells directly or indirectly and is widely used clinically, because of its accuracy, minimal injury and high effectiveness. With the development of local ablation therapy equipment and technology, as well as the deepening of clinical researches, we get a deeper understanding of this treatment method and expanding its clinical applications. Combined with other therapeutic methods~ local ablation therapy as radiofrequency ablation or microwave coagulation therapy has became a new strategy to treat many kinds of tumors. However, we still have to carry out further studies to make local ablation therapy accurate to totally kill tumor at one time without excessive damage to normal tissue, and improve the survival time of patients by combining other therapeutic methods such as radio chemotherapy, chemoembolization, and so on.
