针刺配合美沙酮治疗海洛因依赖者的心理及复吸状况

摘　　要：目的:了解和分析针刺配合美沙酮递减治疗与单纯美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)海洛因依赖者心理健康状况及其复吸的影响。方法:分组及治疗采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组海洛因依赖者的心理状况进行调查,并做复吸统计。结果:针刺+美沙酮治疗组与美沙酮对照组SAS、SDS积分均有所下降,且针刺+美沙酮组比美沙酮对照组下降更明显(P<0.01)。针刺+美沙酮治疗组及美沙酮对照组患者的复吸率分别为69%及81%。结论:针刺配合美沙酮可明显改善海洛因依赖者心理健康状况,并且可遏制患者对海洛因的心理渴求,降低患者复吸率。Objective：To study and analyze the psychological status and relapse rate of heroin addicts treated with acupuncture combined with decrement methadone treatment and with only Methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）.Methods：The psychological status of the two groups of heroin addicts were investigated by self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）,and relapse rates were collected.Results：SAS and SDS scores declined in both groups,and the scores in the group treated with acupuncture combined with Methadone declined more significantly（P〈0.01） than that in the MMT group.The relapse rates in group treated with acupuncture combined with Methadone and MMT group were 69% and 81%.Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy combined with Methadone can obviously improve heroin addicts＇ psychological health,constrain their desire for heroin,and bring down the relapse rate.
