摘 要:目的探讨枸杞水煎液对急慢性高血脂模型的影响。方法建立大鼠急慢性高血脂模型,观察不同剂量的枸杞水煎液对急慢性高血脂模型血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的影响。结果枸杞水煎液呈剂量相关性地降低急慢性高血脂模型血清中TC、TG和LDL-C的水平,提高HDL-C的水平。结论枸杞水煎液对急慢性高血脂模型有确切的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of water decoction from wolfberry on acute and chronic hyperlipidemia model. Methods To observe the effect of different dose of water decoction from wolfberry on serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) by establishing acute and chronic hyperlipidemia model. Results Water decoction from wolfberry could reduce serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in a dose-dependent matter.Meanwhile water decoction from wolfberry could increase serum levels of HDL-C in a dose-dependent matter. Conclusion Water decoction from wolfberry could remarkable curative effect on acute and chronic hyperlipidemia model.
