肠内营养支持治疗儿童急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肠内营养支持治疗儿童重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法 71例急性胰腺炎患儿分成2组,均给予常规治疗,对照组加常规营养支持,观察组加肠内营养支持,观察血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平。记录血淀粉酶和尿淀粉酶恢复时间、患儿住院时间。比较患儿并发症和转归。结果观察组ALB、PA、Hs-CRP水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血淀粉酶和尿淀粉酶恢复时间、患儿住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养能有效的改善患儿低蛋白血症状,降低炎症水平,改善肠道反应,改善患者营养状况和患儿预后。Objective To explore the curative effect of enteral nutrition support in treatment of acute panereatitis in children. Methods 71 cases of children with acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups. All the children were treated with routine therapy, patients in control group were plus routine nutritional support, and patients in observation group were plus enteral nutrition support. Serum albumin （ALB）, pre albumin （PA） and high sensitive C reactive protein （Hs-CRP） levels of the two groups were observed. Recovery time of serum amylase and urine amylase, hospital stay of the two groups were recorded. Complications and outcomes in children of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group,there were statistical significance on serum albumin （ALB）, pre albumin （PA） and high sensitive C reactive protein （Hs-CRP） levels of observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Recovery time of serum amylase and urine amylase,hospital stay of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.There was statistical significance on infection rate between the observation group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can effectively improve the symptoms of low serum protein, reduce the level of inflammation, improve the intestinal response, and improve the nutritional status of patients and prognosis.
