蒙药秘诀红花-13味丸对偏头痛模型大鼠三叉神经核尾部c—fos蛋白表达及血浆中NO、NOS、Mg2＋和ET的影响

摘　　要：目的研究蒙药秘诀红花-13味油注射液造模。免疫组化SP法测定c-fos蛋白阳性表达强度（灰度值）。结果：正常对丸防治偏头痛的机理。方法：采用wister大鼠30只（雄性），随机分为五组：模型组、正常对照组和治疗组灌服0．39濒甲基纤维素钠溶液，其余两组给予秘诀红花-13味丸（预防给原剂型组）和95％乙醇取秘诀红花-13药（预防给醇取药组）进行预防，1次／d，连续7d，第7天除正常组照组外其余四组颈部皮下注射硝酸甘照组比较模型组c-fos蛋白表达明显增多（P〈0．01）；模型组大鼠三叉神经核尾部c—fos蛋白表达明显增多，与其他四组比较具有显著性差异（P〈O．01）。结论：蒙药秘诀红花-13味丸可以降低c-fos蛋白表达，从而阻止痛觉信息的传递，对偏头痛有预防和治疗作用。To explore the origin and development of Hunan Ouyangs clinical thinking on Miscellaneous Diseases.The founder of Hunan Ouyangs miscellaneous diseases genres emphasized on both cold and warm syndromes and used comparative analysis.The first generation of its successors developed a triple therapy of diagnosis and treatment by combining disease,syndrome and symptom together on the basis of clarifying main symptoms with three procedures,differentiation with three types and twenty-one sub-types symptoms and treatment from symptoms.The second generation completed and carried forward the clinical thinking of Ouyang genre by taking effort in clinics and methodology field and proposed principles,thinking pattern and methods in clinical scientific re-search.
