摘  要:目的研究血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp—PLA2)和超敏C-反应蛋13(hs—CRP)水平与大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的关系。方法:回顾分析40例大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者临床资料,并选取同期在我院体检的40例健康者为对照,对比两组血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2和超敏C-反应蛋白水平。结果:脑梗死组Lp—PLA2、hs—CRP、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL—C)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、尿酸(UA)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Lp—PLA2与HDL—C呈负相关,与TC、LDL-C、脂蛋白(a)呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:Lp—PLA2、hs—CRP参与大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的病理过程,可能与大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死颈动脉狭窄程度有关,可以作为临床对大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死颈动脉狭窄程度的预测指标。Objective To study the serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and allergic C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level and the relationship between the artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, Methods: retrospective analysis of April 4, 2013 to 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 40 cases of aortic atherosclerotie cerebral infarction patients with clinical data, and USES the same period in our hospital check-up of 40 cases of healthy subjects as controls, compared two groups of serum lipoprotein associated phosph,olipase A2 and allergic C-reactive protein level. Results: the patients with cerebral infarction group Lp PLA2, hs CRP, triglycerides (TG), cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-c), fibrinogen (FIB), uric acid (UA) levels higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); Lp-PLA2 and negatively correlated with HDL-C, and TC, LDL-C, lipoprotein (a) were positively correlated (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Lp PLA2, hs CRP in artery atherosclerosis sex of the pathological process of cerebral infarction, may be related to the artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction carotid stenosis degree, can be used as a clinical of artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction carotid stenosis degree of predictors.
