扶正抗癌方联合自体CIK免疫治疗对中晚期胃癌患者细胞免疫功能和远期生存率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察扶正抗癌方联合自体CIK免疫治疗对中晚期胃癌患者细胞免疫功能和远期生存率的影响。方法将70例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为对照组和联合组各35例,对照组给予自体CIK免疫治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用扶正抗癌方,比较2组疗效、细胞免疫功能变化及远期生存情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月、6个月2组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),且联合组治疗6个月时各指标水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);随访3个月、6个月期间2组生存情况比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),随访1年、2年联合组生存率显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论扶正抗癌方联合自体CIK免疫疗法可显著改善中晚期胃癌患者临床症状,提高机体细胞免疫功能,延长生存时间,提高生存率,具有推广价值。Objective It is to observe the influence of Fuzheng Kangai decoction（FZKA） combined with autologous CIK immunotherapy on cellular immune function and long-term survival rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 70 cases of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and combined group,35 cases in each group.The patients were treated with autologous CIK immunotherapy in the control group,and with FZKA combined with autologous CIK immunotherapy in the combined group,the curative effect,the cell immune function change and the long-term survival rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）; the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋and CD4＋/ CD8＋were significantly increased in the both groups after treated for 3-month and 6-month（all P 〉 0.05）,and the levels in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group（all P 〈 0.05） after treated for 6-month.There was no significant difference in the survival of the two groups during the follow-up period（3 months,6 months）（all P 〉 0.05）,but the survival rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group in 1 years and 2 years follow-up（all P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion FZKA combined with autologous CIK immunotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced gastric cancer,improve the immune function of the body,prolong the survival time and improve the survival rate,it’s worth in clinical promotion.
