疏肝饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合入选标准的病例随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组42例，服用中药疏肝饮（150ml，po bid）；对照组33例，服用水飞蓟宾胶囊（70mg，po，rid）。结果：治疗前后两组各指标均有明显改善（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组与对照组比较，在症状和体征评分、AST、GGT下降方面均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；但在ALT下降上无差异（P〉0．05）。结论：疏肝饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎在降低ALT方面与水飞蓟宾胶囊作用相似，但在改善患者临床症状、体征，降低AST、GGT等方面，具有一定优势。Objective To observe the effect of Decoction of Soothing the Liver of non-alcohol steatohepatitis.Methods： 75 patients with non-alcohol steatohepatitisbe divided randomly into two groups,42 into the treatment group taken Decoction of Soothing the Liver（150ml po bid） vs. 36 into the control group taken SilibininCapsules（70mg po tid）. Results： ALL indexes observed improved between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. The signs and symptoms of integral points and syn-drome total scores, serum AST and GGT in the treatment group were significantly lower than in control group （P〈0.05）, and there were no statistical differences inserum ALT between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Deeoction of Soothing the Liver can significantly relieve patients with clinical symptoms and improve liverfunction （especially in AST, GGT）.
