摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟与PBL联合教学法对胸外科术后患者的护理干预的临床效果。方法:选择新入本院的低年资护士60人,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在教学时使用情景模拟与PBL联合教学法,对照组使用常规护理教学模式,其后另两组护士分别护理胸外科术后患者。结果:将两组患者的出院时间和满意度进行对比,发现观察组患者出院时间短于对照组,其患者满意度要高于对照组,术后并发症情况好于对照组。结果具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:采用情景模拟与PBL联合教学法对胸外科术后患者进行护理干预,对患者病情恢复有着积极的影响,临床中具有实际推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method in nursing intervention of postoperative patientsin Department of thoracic surgery. Methods: The new hospital selected 60 junior nurses, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The ex-perimental group used simulation combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching, the control group using conventional nursing teaching mode, followed bythe other two groups of nurses were nursing in Department of thoracic surgery patients after operation. Results: Comparing the discharge time and satisfaction oftwo groups of patients, found that the experimental group patients were shorter than the control group, the satisfaction of patients was higher than that of the con-trol group, and the results have statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Department of thoracic surgery patients after nursing intervention combined withPBL in the scene simulation teaching method, the patients have a positive effect, has the value of practical value in clinical practice.
