多排螺旋CT对弥漫性肺癌的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨弥漫性肺癌的多排螺旋CT（multi slice spiral computed tomography，MSCT）检套影像表现，评价MSCT对弥漫性肺癌的诊断价值。方法：问顺性分析本院29例经手术或病理证实为弥漫性肺癌的患者的临床资料和cT表现，探讨MSCT对弥漫性肺癌的诊断准确率。 结果：弥漫性肺癌有相对舆型的cT表现，MSCT准确诊断27例（93．1％），MSCT是很好的辅助检谯方法。结论：MSCT能够准确有效的诊断弥漫性肺癌及其侵犯范围，有利于指导临床治疗。Objective： This paper aims to evaluate the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of BAC,by exploring the MSCT imaging findings of bronchioloalveolar car- cinoma.Melhod：By the retrospeetive analysis of clinical data and CT imaging manifestations of 29 cases with BAC proved by surgi cal or Epathotogical results. the accuracy of MSCT in diagnosis of BAC is discussed.Results：BAC has relatively typical CT manifestations, and MSCT. a very good auxiliary_ examination method, can aecurately diagnose 27 cases （93.1%）.Conclusion： MSCT is accurate and effective in the diagnosis of BAC and its infringement scope and so is help- ful to guide the clinical treahnent.
