急诊科低钾血症患者焦虑情绪的护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究护理干预对急诊科低钾血症患者焦虑情绪的缓解作用。方法：选取96例急诊科低钾血症患者随机分为2组，分别为对照组和观察组，每组48例，其中对照组患者采取常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。结果：观察组患者经过护理后焦虑情绪得到了有效的改善。观察组患者护理后SAS评分明显低于对照组患者（P〈0．05），2组数据对比差异具有统计学意义。结论：针对低钾血症患者实施相对应的护理干预，能够有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪，从而提高治疗效果。Objective To study the nursing intervention in patients with emergency department hypokalemia anxiety relief.Methods：Choose 96 cases of emergency department hypokalemia patients were randomly divided into two groups,control groupand observation group,respectively,48 cases in each group,the control group patients take the routine nursing care, observationgroup of patients in the control group on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention.Results：Theobservation group of patients after nursing anxiety has been effectively improved,the observation group of patients after nursingSAS scores significantly lower than the control group patients （ P 〈0.05）,two groups of data contrast difference is statisticallysignificant.Conclusion：For patients with hypokalemia implement corresponding nursing intervention, can effectively alleviatethe patient＇s anxiety, thus improve the therapeutic effect.
