头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗期间舒适水平及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗期间舒适水平及其影响因素。方法：选择头颈部肿瘤患者为研究对象，通过问卷的方式进行调查，调查内容主要有人口学、疾病、治疗等方面的资料。结果：在所有患者中，男99例，女21例；年龄分布为22-85岁；未婚患者有8例，已婚者102例。肿瘤分期以Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期分别为35例、85例，其他资料如年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、是否伴放疗、放疗次数等资料对比分析后，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。以整体舒适得分作为应变量，经过单因素分析后，P〈0．05的因素作为自变量。放疗次数、家属陪伴、文化程度、合并糖尿病、伴化疗是独立的影响因素，具有良好的相关性（t=-5．392、4．292、3．432、-3．252、-3．341、-3．837、3．285，P〈0．05）。结论：对于头颈部患者，可采取主动积极的方式．对于放疗中后期、没有家属陪伴较低的文化程度、伴糖尿病患者需要着重护理。Objective To investigate patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy comfort during the level and itsinfluencing factors, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods： This study choose 2012 7-2012 in December in120 cases of head and neck cancer patients, investigation content mainly demographic, disease, treatment of data. The results：in all patients, 99 cases were male, 21 cases of female; age distribution for years 22-85; unmarried patients have 8 cases,married in 102 cases. Tumor stage to stage II and III respectively in 35 cases, 85 cases, other information such as age,educational level, family income, and with the After therapy, radiotherapy and the number of comparison and analysis, thedifference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. To comfort the overall score as the dependent variables, after single factoranalysis, P 〈 0.05 factors as independent variables. Radiation frequency, accompanied by their families, cultural degree,diabetes mellitus, with chemotherapy is independent of the influence factors, with good correlation （t=-5.392,4.292,3.432, -3.252, -3.341, -3.837,3.285, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： for patients with head and neck, can take proactive and for radiotherapyin late, no Families with a lower level of education, with diabetes patients need to focus on care.
