摘 要:目的使用zH-MRS观察电针对轻度认知功能障碍患者的干预效应,客观评价此法的临床疗效。方法:选择32例肾精亏虚型轻度认知功能障碍患者,随机分为2组。电针组采用补肾填髓针刺法并接电针;对照组采用口服盐酸多奈哌齐片剂,10d为一个疗程,三个疗程后观察疗效。结果:神经心理学量表评分:电针组治疗前后MMSE和CMS得分比较具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),而对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。磁共振波谱测定:在右侧颞尖,对照组治疗前后NAA/Cr降低(P(0,05),而电针组治疗前后NAA/Cr无明显变化,且2组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在左侧海马,电针组治疗前后NAA/Cr升高(P〈0.05),而对照组无明显差异(P〉O.05),且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在左侧颞尖,电针组治疗前后MI/Cr降低(P〈0.05),而对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05),且2组间差异有统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论:电针可通过延缓脑内代谢物NAA的降低、提高NAA含量、减少脑内代谢物MI的含量,来达到减少神经胶质的生成,修复神经元,改善认知功能的作用。Objective 1H-MRS to observe the use of electricity for patients with mild cognitive impairment cognitive intervention effect, and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of this method.Methods:Thirty-two cases patients with mild cognitive impairment, were randomly divided into two groups. At the right temporal tip, the control group before and after treatment in NAA/Cr reduced (P〈 0.05), and electro-acupuncture treatment before and after the NAA/Cr had no significant change (P〉0.05), and the difference between the two groups there is significant(P〈0.05);In the left hippocampus, electro-acupuncture group before and after treatment NAA/Cr increased (P〈0.05), the control group no significant difference (P〉0.05), and compared with the control group were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05);In the left temporal tip, electro-acupuncture group after treatment than before treatment MYCr reduced (P〈0.05), the control group no significant difference (P〉0.05), and the difference between the two groups has statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Electric acupuncture may be reduced by slowing down the brain metabolites of NAA, improve the NAA content; reduce the content of brain metabolites MI, to reduce the formation of glia, repair neurons, improve cognitive function.
