摘 要:目的探讨儿童抽动障碍(TD)在临床的诊治思路。方法:选择我院儿科2013年1月-2015年12月诊断的抽动障碍患儿153例,分为病因治疗组与氟哌啶醇治疗组,对2组的治疗结果进行对比分析。结果:按TD诊断流程分类,病因治疗组为继发性TD,多见于学龄前期,以短暂性TD为主,而且治疗效果较好,反复少,在慢性TD治疗中与氟哌啶醇治疗组相当,其表现以简单性运动和简单性发声抽动多见,常为感冒后加重。而氟哌啶醇治疗组为原发性TD,多见于学龄期,慢性TD和Ts多见于氟哌啶醇治疗组。结论:对儿童抽动障碍的诊治,一定要遵循儿童抽动障碍的诊疗流程,对符合TD诊断标准的患儿,关键要分清是原发性TD还是继发性TD,再给予相应治疗,才能提高TD的诊治水平,避免误诊,从而得到良好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment way of children with tic disorders.Methods: 153 children with ticdisorder were collected in our hospital from Anuary 2013 and December 2015,who were divided into etiological treatment group and haloperidoltreatment group,and made an analysis for the results.Results:According to the diagnosis process of TD, children of etiological treatment groupwould be secondary TD,and were mainly seen during pre-school patients. Children of etiological treatment were often transient TD with bettereffects,less recurrence. The effects children of etiological treatment was equivalent with haloperidol treatment in chronic TD,and mainly showingas simple movement tic and simple vocal tics,with aggravating after common cold.Children of haloperidol treatment would be primary TD,andwere mainly seen during school children, Children of haloperidol treatment were often chronic TD and TS.Conclusion:About the diagnosis andtreatment of children with tic disorders,we must follow the process of diagnosis and treatment of children with tic disorders,the key for childrenof corresponding to diagnosis standards is judge it was secondary or primary TD,and giving treatment,only in this way can we improve the levelof diagnosis and treatment of TD, avoiding erroneous diagnosis and getting a good curative effect.
