微螺钉种植支抗在上颌前突矫治中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价微螺钉种植支抗在上颌前突矫治中的临床应用效果。方法：在33例上颌前突患者上颌后牙区颊侧齿槽骨或腭侧骨质上植入微螺钉种植支抗，使用0．019×0．025唇侧弓丝直丝弓固定矫治器，内收上前牙，矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位片测量，观察矫治疗效。结果：所有拔牙间隙顺利关闭，平均矫治时间约20个月，矫治后突面型改善明显，咬合关系正常，头影测量分析uI—NA角度甲均减少10°，uI—NA距离平均减少6mm，UI—sN角度平均减少9°。结论：微螺钉种植支抗是一种有效支抗，不依赖于患者的依从性，最大限度内收前牙，改善牙齿前突和面型。Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of microscrew implant used as anchorage to correctpatientswithmaxillaryprotrusion.Methods：A total of 33 patientsreceived implantation of both buccal and palatal miniserow.The0.019X0.025preadjustedappliances were placed,andmaxillaryanterior teeth were retracted.The lateralcephalometric radiographs were measured to observe the changebefore and after orthodontic treatment.Results：The extraction space of all patients were closed.The patient showed goodfacial profile and dentalrelationships after 20 months of mean treatment time.The mean reduction ofUI-NAangle by 10°, UI-SN angle by 9°, UI-NA by 6 mm.Conclusion：Microscrew implant can provide efficient anchor, without depending on patient cooperation and consequently retractingthe entiremaxillarydentition, improving facial profile.
