医保对单病种住院费用的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析医保政策对单病种住院费用的影响。方法：对深圳市福田区妇幼保健院基本医疗保险目录中按照单病种（剖宫产分娩）的，医保与自费病人的住院费用进行比较。结果：同一年度，医保组次均住院费用均低于自费组（P〈0．05）；医保组的住院总费用在逐年增加，而自费组的住院总费用有所减少。结论：在基本医疗保险制度不断完善，医疗机构设施逐渐优化的情况下，医保病人的住院费用均低于自费组。Objective To analyze the effect of health insurance policy on the cost of hospitalization expenses of single disease. Methods：according to the basic medical insurance directory of the basic medical insurance in Futian District Shenzhen maternal and child health carehospital, the medical insurance and the hospitalization expenses of the patients were compared. Results： in the same year, the insurance groupaverage hospitalization expenses were lower than at their own expense group （P〈0.05）; health insurance group total hospitalization expenses inincreased year by year, and at their own expense group hospital total cost decreased. Conclusion： in the basic medical insurance system isconstantly improved, medical institutions and facilities have been gradually optimized, the hospitalization expenses of medical insurancepatients were lower than those of their own expenses.
