多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥与DCF方案一线治疗晚期胃癌的对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥与DCF方案一线在治疗晚期胃癌时的疗效与毒副作用。方法：收集50例胃癌晚期患者，并随机将其分为DSOX、BCF两组，前者进行静脉滴主多西他赛1 h，再滴注奥沙利铂3 h，并口服替吉奥，2 d／次，持续4d；后者静脉滴注多西他赛1 h，在第一天滴加顺铂，再滴加氟尿嘧啶，持续5 d。每一组患者持续2个周期的治疗，并观察其治疗效果与毒副作用。结果：DSOX与DCF两组有效率分别为60．096、52．096，无统计学差异（P〉O．05）。两组患者的不良反应主要有骨髓抑制、神经毒性、胃肠道反应等。结论：多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥一线治疗晚期胃癌的效果较好，不良反应较少，建议在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe and analyze docetaxel and oxaliplatin and Gio line with the DCF program efficacy and side effects in thetreatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods： our hospital in June 2012 admitted the period June 2014-50 cases of patients with advancedgastric cancer （were eligible）, and were randomly divided into DSOX, DCF groups, former intravenous drip main docetaxel lh, then infhsion ofoxaliplatin 3 h, and oral Gio, 2 d/times for 4 d; the latter intravenous docetaxel lh, dropping the first day of cisplatin, fluorouracil and thendropping, continue 5d. Each group of patients continued treatment two cycles, and the curative effects and side effects. Results： DSOX twogroups of patients with the DCF treatment efficiency of 60.0% and 52.0% respectively, no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Adverse reactions aremainly two groups of bone marrow suppression, neurotoxicity, gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion：docetaxel and oxaliplatin and Gio linetreatment of advanced gastric cancer is better, fewer adverse reactions, it is recommended to promote the use in clinical practice.
