摘　　要：曾巩对校勘者的要求是深厚的语言功底、渊博的学识和严谨的编校态度;校勘原则是"阙疑"、"慎改";具体校勘方法包括广搜众本、广泛收集他书异文、吸取他人校勘成果、撰写目录序、灵活运用"校勘四法"、注重书籍目次编排、考订作者及书名;校勘成就及影响包括目录序和版本两个方面。The claims of Zheng Gong to the collation person are strong language skills, profound knowledge and rigorous redaction attitude. The collation principles are re.serving doubts and cautious modification. The collation methods include widely collecting public versions and other books, learning others＇ collation results, composing catalog and preface, flexible using the four collation methods, paying attention to the catalog arrange, collating authors and tittles. The collation achievements and significances are the catalog prefaces and versions.
