摘 要:基于16种性状对豫南地区115份茶树种质资源进行遗传变异分析,其结果表明,各性状间差异显著,遗传多样性丰富。水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱含量的变异系数分别为10.47%、17.96%、29.78%、28.57%,平均值为21.7%。聚类分析茶树资源被分为3类,第一类氨基酸和咖啡碱含量均高,第二类氨基酸和咖啡碱含量中等,第三类氨基酸和咖啡碱含量偏低。进一步相关性分析表明,氨基酸和咖啡碱含量相关性极显著。115 tea plant accessions of southern Henan were studied based on 16 characteristics. The results showed that there were significant differences and great diversity among them. The variation of contents of water extract, polyphenols, total free amino acid and caffeine was 10.47%, 17.96%, 29.78%, and 28.57% respectively. Cluster analysis showed that 115 accessions could be divided into three groups. The contents of total free amino group are higher than the other two groups, and then the second higher the third one. Correlation analysis there was significant correlation between the contents of total free amino acid and caffeine. We also found some well-performed germplasm resources. Those could be basis for genetic improvement and variety breeding of tea plants.
