摘 要:针对胶印技术在印刷过程中铝制印版需进行浸润性控制的问题,采用酸碱溶液对铝制印版表面进行浸蚀,对浸蚀前后铝制印版的粗糙度、接触角及滚动角进行测量,并研究其表面润湿性的形成机理。结果表明:浸蚀后的铝制印版表面粗糙度会明显升高,酸碱溶液浸蚀可以增大铝制印版表面的接触角,降低铝制印版表面的滚动角。在铝制印版的表面会形成许多形如"山峰"状的凸起和凹坑,当水滴落在铝制印版表面会将一部分空气密封在凹坑内,这些空气会阻止水渗透到铝板表面。此结论与Cassie理论相吻合,可用于制备铝制印版的超疏水表面。For the printing process of offset printing technology,the wettability of the aluminum plates and the preparation of the super hydrophobic surface need to be controlled.The surface of printing aluminum plate was corroded by acid and alkali solution.Then the surface roughness,contact angle and sliding angle of corroded samples were measured and the formation mechanism of surface wettability was studied.The results show that the surface roughness of the samples will be significantly increased.On the surface of the aluminum plate will form a lot of bulge which looks like"peaks".When the water drops on the surface of the aluminum plate,it will part the air in the pit,and the air will prevent water from penetrating into the surface of the aluminum sheet.This conclusion is consistent with the Cassie theory,which can be used to prepare the super hydrophobic surface of the aluminum plate.
