摘　　要："清法"是中医治则治法体系中重要组成之一,现代医学广泛运用于传染病、感染性疾病、心血管疾病、肿瘤等各种疾病的防治。临床把清法归纳为清解、清透、清化、清利、清下、清补、清引八法。中医清法理论经历不同的发展演变过程,现代医学在此基础上通过医学气候学、应用生物信息学、分子生物学、免疫学和蛋白组学的研究技术,从整体、细胞和分子水平,从更高的层次水平来探讨中医"清法"理论的现代研究新思路新方法。Clearing therapy is very important in therapeutic principles and methods in TCM（ traditional Chinese med- icine）. Modern TCM researchers have applied the clearing method in the treatment of various diseases, such as infectious diseases,cardiovascular disease （CVD） as well as the tumor. Clearing therapy can be summed up to eight methods in clinic ,such as Qingjie ,Qingtou, Qinghua, Qingli, Qingxia as well as Qingbu and Qingyin. It experiences different proces- ses. Besides, under the guidance of＇ modern medical climatology, bioinformatics, molecular biology, immunology and the technology of proteomics,we discussed the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine new research at a higher level from the whole,the cellular and molecular levels.
