温阳法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临证思路探讨

摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床常见的、多发的功能性肠病,其严重影响了患者的生活质量及身心健康。腹泻型乃其常见临床类型,中医将其主要归于"泄泻"、"腹痛"等范畴。近年来随着研究的深入,中医药在IBSD治疗中具有一定的优势。尤其是温阳法在其治疗中凸显出了重要作用,临床灵活运用本法,辨证准确,遣方用药得当,可明显提高疗效。对温阳法治疗IBS-D的临证思路作以探讨。Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） is a clinical common functional bowel disease, seriously influencing the patient＇s quality of life and health of body and mind. Diarrhea type is the common clinical type, Chinese medicine will be mainly attributed to ＂diarrhea＂, ＂pain＂ and so on. With the deepening of research in recent years, the method of War- ming yang treatment of IBS - D has a certain advantagel Especially this method highlights the important role in the treat- ment. Clinical flexible use of this law and accurate differentiation, and proper the medication, can obviously improve the curative effect. Now this method in the treatment of IBS - D was discussed.
