摘　　要：通过广泛阅览国内外文献,得出miR-126表达上调,可以抑制白细胞黏附,限制炎症细胞召集,降低血小板的活化和聚集,调节脂质代谢,抵抗细胞凋亡,从而延缓动脉粥样硬化发展,miR-126具有作为血管内皮损伤标志物的潜能和抗动脉粥样硬化治疗的潜在靶点,同时miR-126是缺血相关血管生成和修复信号的重要潜在靶点和调节位点,研究发现miR-126可能成为诊断早期MI的生物学标志物,另外,miR-126与心力衰竭、先天性心脏病、心肌桥、高血压、2型糖尿病、眼疾病、支气管哮喘、先天性免疫、肿瘤等疾病的发生和诊疗也有密切的关系。Through extensive reading literature at home and abroad, this paper draws the higher expression of miR - 126 can inhibit leukocyte adhesion,limit inflammation cells,reduce platelet activation and aggregation, regulate lipid me- tabolism, resist to apoptosis and delay the development of atherosclerosis. The miR - 126 as a potential marker of myocar- dial infarction and potential targets of therapy of atherosclerosis. Meanwhile, miR - 126 is an important potential target and can adjust the repair signal dot about ischemia - related angiogenesis. And the study found that miR - 126 may be the biological marker for early diagnosis of MI and miR - 126 also has a close relationship with congenital heart disease, heart failure, myocardial bridge, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, eye diseases, bronchial asthma, congenital immune, tumor.
