摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,以及人们对高品质生活的迫切需求,卫生洁具产品(如水嘴、便器等)已在我国绝大部分城镇和广大农村的普通居民家庭广泛应用。水嘴类产品作为卫生洁具的主导产品,成为日常生活中的主要用水器具,也是生活节水中的重点产品。由于水嘴在日常生活中使用频繁,必须具备一定的寿命周期,"史上最严"水嘴国标GB 18145-2014中对水嘴耐久性做出了强制性要求。因此,水嘴耐久性监管非常关键。笔者主要介绍一种关于水嘴耐久性的检测设备:包括机械手系统、恒压力冷热供水系统、控制系统和通信系统。该设备提高了对样品检测时的检测精度,改善了设备运行的稳定性,扩大了被测样品的适用范围。In recent years, as people living standard unceasing enhancement, as well as the urgent demand for high quality life people, sanitary ware products, such as faucets, toilets, etc., has been in our country the majority of ordinary residents of town and the countryside family widely used. Hydrovalve products as the leading sanitary ware products, become the main water appliance of daily life, also the key products in life saving water. Because the hydrovalve frequent use in daily life, must have certain life cycle, the history of the most severe hydrovalve in GB 18145-2014 has made a mandatory requirement to the durability of hydrovalve. Therefore, hydrovalve durability regulation is critical. This paper mainly introduces a kind of of hydrovalve durability testing equipment： including manipulator system, constant pressure hot and cold water supply system, control system and communication system. The device improves the detection of the sample detection accuracy, improve the stability of equipment operation, expand the scope of application of tested samples.
