摘  要:中美两国在高等教育经费投入机制、教育教学理念、教师教学能力、学生学习方式等方面存在明显差异,国内各高校在大力推进音乐类MOOC建设时迫切需要实现本土化发展。近年来,我国高校自主建设的音乐类精品视频公开课效益突显,精品资源共享课初见成效,国内MOOC平台日趋丰富完善,为实现音乐类MOOC本土化发展奠定了坚实基础。高校音乐类MOOC本土化发展策略主要包括以下五个方面的具体内容:一是准确定位,科学规划MOOC发展愿景;二是科学论证,合理选择MOOC服务平台;三是借鉴创新,吸收转化国外MOOC优势特点;四是继承发展,转型升级原国家精品开放课程;五是积极实践,总结推广国内MOOC经验。Owing to the remarkable differences toward higher education between China and America in funding mechanism, teaching concept, teaching ability and student learning style, therefore, while the colleges and universities in China vigorously promote the construction of music MOOC, it is urgent to realize the localization development. In recent years, the music high-quality video open classes produced by local colleges and universities obtained significant progress, the high-quality resource sharing class have tasted initial success, and the domestic platform of MOOC has been refining, all of which provides a solid foundation for the realization of localization development of music MOOC. The development strategies of localization development of music MOOC in colleges and universities mainly include the following five parts. The first is to define the location accurately and to layout the MOOC development vision scientifically; the second is to demonstrate rationally and to choose the service platform for MOOC reasonably; the third is to learn and innovate, to absorb and convert the foreign advantageous features; the forth is to inherit and develop, to transform and upgrade the original national high-quality open courses; the fifth is to practice actively, to conclude and spread the domestic experience of MOOC around the country.
