摘  要:目的:通过客观评价自酸蚀黏结剂对儿童磨牙窝沟封闭临床效果的影响,进一步研究适合儿童磨牙窝沟患者的诊疗方案。方法:选取40例磨牙窝沟患者为试验组,在治疗时予以自酸蚀黏结剂方案;同期再选取40例磨牙窝沟患者为对照组,在治疗时予以磷酸酸蚀黏结剂方案,比较两组治疗时间以及有效率。结果:治疗后3个月、半年、9个月时,试验组窝沟封闭剂的保存率分别是100.00%、95.00%和92.50%,对照组分别是95.00%、90.00%和72.50%,治疗后3个月、半年时两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而9个月时对比则差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于儿童磨牙窝沟患者,在治疗时予以自酸蚀黏结剂方案效果突出,是提升患者远期疗效的重要手段。Objective:Through the objective to evaluate the effect of self etching adhesive on the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealant in children,and to further study the diagnosis and treatment program for children with molar pit and fissure.Methods:40 cases of molar pit and fissure patients were selected as the experimental group,and they were given self etching adhesive scheme.40 cases of molar pit and ditch patients at the same period were selected as the control group,and they were given phosphoric acid etching bond scheme.Treatment time and effective rate were compared between groups.Results:3 months,6 months and 9 months after treatment,litter of channel blocker survival rate of the experimental group was 100.00%, 95.00% and 92.50% respectively,and that of the control group was 95.00%, 90.00% and 72.50% respectively;after treatment of 3 months and 6 months,the difference between groups was statistically significant (P〉0.05);after treatment of 9 months,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).In the experimental group,the treatment time was shorter than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of children with molar pit and fissure,the effect of self etching adhesive is prominent,and it is an important means to improve the long-term curative effect of the patients.
