拉坦前列素在小切口囊外摘除术治疗青光眼术后白内障中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨拉坦前列素对青光眼术后并发白内障患者的治疗效果。方法:收治青光眼术后白内障患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上联合使用拉坦前列素治疗。结果:两组视力水平和眼压均得到改善,且试验组的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:拉坦前列素对青光眼术后并发白内障患者的治疗效果显著。Objective：To investigate the effect of latanoprost in the treatment of cataract after glaucoma surgery.Methods：80 patients with cataract after glaucoma surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional treatment.The experimental group was given the latanoprost treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment.Results：The visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of latanoprost in the treatment of patients with cataract after glaucoma surgery is significantly.
