摘　　要：目的:探讨Bobath球联合减重平板训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法:将70例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组40例。两组均给予常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上增加Bobath球及减重平板训练。结果:治疗后,两组的FMA、BBS、MBI评分较治疗前明显提高,而观察组的评分提高程度更明显(P<0.05)。两组ATE评分、Time值较治疗前明显降低,而观察组的评分改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:Bobath球联合减重平板训练可以有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的本体感觉及运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力。Objective： To investigate the effect of Bobath ball combined with weight loss treadmill training on motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods：70 patients were randomly divided into the control group with 30 cases and the observation group with 40 cases according to the random number table method.The two groups patients were given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group combined Bobath ball and weight loss treadmill training on the basis of the routine rehabilitation training.Results：After the treatment,the FMA,BBS,MBI score of the two groups patients were improved significantly than before the treatment,and the score of the observation group patients increased more significantly（P〈0.05）.The ATE score and time value of the two groups were significantly lower than before the treatment,and the score of the observation group was improved more obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bobath ball combined with weight loss treadmill training can improve the body sensation and motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia effectively,and improve the ability of daily living activities.
