延续性护理干预在PICC置管患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理干预在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者中的应用效果。方法选取PICC置管患者120例,随机分为对照组和干预组,各60例,对照组采用常规PICC导管护理,干预组在对照组的基础上采用延续性护理措施,观察2组导管留置时间和PICC置管期间并发症的发生率。结果干预组导管留置时间平均(113.65±83.89)d,长于对照组的(85.57±55.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者PICC置管期间静脉炎和导管阻塞发生率分别为3.33%(2/60)和1.67%(1/60),低于对照组的18.33%(11/60)和15.00%(9/60),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PICC延续性护理小组护理工作的开展,能够对PICC置管患者进行有效的管理,延长导管的使用时间,降低PICC置管期间并发症的发生,保证患者安全,提高专科护理水平。Objective To evaluate the application of continuing nursing intervention on patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） . Methods A total of 120 patients with PICC were randomly divided into the control group （n = 60） and the intervention group（= 60） . Both two groups received routing nursing care and the continuing nursing intervention was performed in the intervention group. The duration of indwelling catheter and complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results The averaged duration of indwelling catheter was （113.65 ±83. 89） days in the intervention group and was （85. 57 ±55. 36） days in control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The incidence of phlebitis and catheter obstruction was 3.33% and 1.6 7 % in the intervention group respectively, and was 18. 3 3 % and 15. 0 0 % in the control group respectively, with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention could prolong duration of indwelling catheter and decreased phlebitis and catheter blockage in patients with PICC, which in turn could ensure the safety of patients with PICC and improve the level of specialist care.
