浅谈中外联合培养下研究生秘书的工作

摘　　要：研究生秘书是高校二级管理中的重要组成部分,其工作质量直接影响整个研究生培养工作。随着我国研究生教育国际化水平不断提高,中外联合培养研究生的数量日益增多,对研究生秘书工作提出新的要求和挑战。本文分析中外联合培养背景下研究生秘书工作的重要性及存在的问题,对加强研究生秘书队伍建设提出若干建议。Graduate secretary is an important part of a two-level management system in Colleges and Universities. The working quality of graduate secretaries directly influence the developments of post-graduate students. In pace with the internationalization of the postgraduate education in China, number of post-graduates who receive joint training has been increasing, which is bringing a great challenge to the current work of graduate secretaries. In this paper, writer has reviewed the importance and existing problems of graduate secretary in the joint-training,and also made some suggestions to improve the team building.
