新建本科院校辅导员转型发展路径探析

摘　　要：着重论述了新建本科院校辅导员转型发展的必要性,在转型发展过程中存在职业重心和职业发展路径不明晰、职业任务繁重、职业背景单一、以及职业流动性大等困境,并提出相应的对策。This paper mainly discusses the necessity of the transformation and development of counselor in the newly built undergrad-uate colleges, In the process of transformation and development, there are some difficulties, such as career center of gravity and career development path is not clear, the occupation task is arduous, the occupation background is single, as well as the occupation mobility and so on, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.
