摘　　要：颌面骨的放射性骨坏死多发于下颌骨,少数发于上颌骨,而颧骨的放射性骨坏死非常罕见。本文报道1例右侧上颌骨肌上皮癌手术及放疗后发生的颧骨放射性骨坏死,通过切除死骨及额瓣修复缺损获得良好治疗效果。Osteoradionecrosis occurs more often in the mandible than maxilla, and rarely occurs in the zygoma. We reported a case of zygomatic osteoradionecrosis, occurred after maxillectomy and radiotherapy of myoepithelial carcinoma. The case was cured by resection of sequestrum and reconstructed by forehead flap graft.
