摘  要:为了解重金属镉对蔬菜早期生长的影响,以菠菜和油菜2种不同蔬菜种子为材料,研究了不同Cd^(2+)浓度下种子萌发和幼苗生长的情况。结果表明,油菜在Cd^(2+)质量浓度为10 mg/L时,其种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、种子活力指数和幼苗的株高、叶绿素含量均高于对照组;菠菜种子在Cd^(2+)质量浓度为25 mg/L时,发芽指数和种子活力略高于对照组,在Cd^(2+)质量浓度为10 mg/L时,叶绿素含量高于对照组;其余处理浓度各指标均低于对照组。不同蔬菜种子对镉胁迫反应不一致,油菜具有更强的抗镉胁迫能力。To research the heavy metal cadmium effects on the early growth of vegetable, two kinds of vegetable seeds, spinach and rape, were as materials to explore the seed germination and seedling growth under the different Cd2~ concentration gradient conditions. The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, seed vigor index, and the plant height and chlorophyll content of the rape seedlings were higher than those of the control group at the concentration of 10 mg/L. Spinach seeds at the concentration of 25 mg/L, germination index and seed vigor were slightly higher than the control group, the concentration of 10 mg/L, the chlorophyll content was higher than the control group. The other groups were lower than the control group. The results showed that the seed of different vegetables to cadmium stress response was inconsistent, rape had stronger resistance to cadmium stress ability.
