摘　　要：以天津高校为研究对象,通过实地调研和数据分析,系统探索艺术学专业科研活动的特征与内在规律,建立涵盖学科发展战略层面到具体战术层面的决策框架,通过科研创新策略探索,有效提升天津高校艺术学学科建设水平,也为优化天津艺术学专业布局奠定基础,从而达到科研与教学的效益最大化。Based on field research and data analysis on universities in Tianjin,we systematically explored the features and inherent laws in scientific art research activities. We established the decision-making framework covering strategy level to tactical level. The study can effectively improve the art education of universities in Tianjin and found the basis for art discipline layout,thus optimize the research and teaching effectiveness.
