摘　　要：本文首先对商务英语学科名字确立的重大意义做了论述;其次,探讨了商务英语作为独立的二级学科的属性及其研究对象;最后,论文对商务英语研究的三大分支学科:微观商务英语研究、中观商务英语研究和宏观商务英语研究做了分析之后,重点探讨了宏观商务英语研究,对宏观商务英语研究的研究对象、研究内容和研究方法做了较为深入的探讨与论证。This paper expounds the significance of the denomination of business English discipline before it studies the attribute and research object of Business English Studies （BES） as an independent second-grade discipline. After analyzing the three branch disciplines ： Micro BES, Meso BES and Macro BES, the paper focuses on the study of Macro BES, making a deep tentative study of the research object, research contents and research methodology of Macro BES.
