摘  要:国内城市轨道交通和国有铁路工程实践经验表明,扣件系统采用恰当的防腐技术措施能够延长其使用寿命,提高轨道系统耐久性,增加综合经济效益。针对海南地区环境特点,结合海南西环铁路建设工程,在分析几种常用的扣件系统防腐技术特点、总结我国城市轨道交通及国有铁路扣件系统防腐技术应用概况的基础上,研究了海南地区扣件系统防腐技术的选型原则,并结合这些原则对我国常用防腐技术措施进行对比分析,提出了适合海南地区环境特点的防腐技术措施,为我国海南地区铁路建设中扣件系统防腐技术体系的完善提供借鉴。Engineering experience of domestic urban rail transit and state-owned railway showed that suitable anticorrosion technologies for fastening systems could prolong their service life, improve the durability of the railway systems and increase overall economic efficiency. Combining with the environmental characteristics of Hainan province and construction engineering of Hainan western ring railway,the selection principle of anti-corrosion technologies for fastening systems in Hainan province was studied,based on the anti-corrosion technology characteristics analysis of several common fastening systems and the anti-corrosion technology application survey of fastening systems in domestic urban rail transit and state-owned railway,the common anti-corrosion technologies and measures were compared and analyzed by considering these principles,and the anti-corrosion technology suitable for environmental characteristics in Hainan province was put forward,which could provide a reference for anti-corrosion technology improvement of fastener system during the railway construction in Hainan province.
