摘　　要：袁世良教授采用加味温胆汤治疗脂肪肝和高脂血症;采用柴芩清胆汤治疗属于少阳湿热证的肝胆、脾胃疾病、眩晕症等多种疾病;加味消瘰丸治疗各种原因导致的淋巴结肿大;加味玉屏风散治疗体虚感冒、习惯性感冒;袁一号方治疗乙型肝炎湿热疫毒证;通利散治疗老年男性前列腺增生导致的急性尿潴留;温胆安神汤治疗痰热阴虚型不寐;加减资生丸治疗属于脾虚湿热证的慢性腹泻。袁世良教授认为,辨证论治是中医的核心,切实提高辨证论治水平,才是学习中医的大道,"世无神奇之方,只有平淡之法,平淡之极,难为神奇",要灵活加减运用成方,切中病机,临床疗效才会提高。Professor Yuan Shiliang uses Supplemented Gallbladder-Warming Decoction for treating fatty liver and hyperlipidemia;Bupleurum and Radix Scutellariae Gallbladder-Clearing Decoction for treating liver,gallbladder,spleen,stomach and dizziness with syndrome of shaoyang dampness and heat; Supplemented Struma-Relieving Pill for treating enlargement of lymph nodes due to various reasons; Supplemented Jade Wind-Barrier Powder for treating cold with weak constitution,and habitual cold; No. 1Yuan Prescription for treating Hepatitis B is of hot and humid and plague type; Tongli Powder（ TLP） for treating acute urinary retention due to hyperplasia of the prostate gland in older men; Gallbladder-Warming and Mind-Calming Decoction for treating insomnia due to phlegm heat and yin deficiency; Modified Life-Promoting Pill for treating chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome. Professor Yuan Shiliang thinks that therapy based on syndrome differentiation is the core of TCM. As long as a doctor improves his / her own treatment level,he / she will grasp the true laws of learning TCM. There is no miracle prescription in the world but plain one. However when a plain one is used flexibly,it will become a wonder. So it is necessary to properly use and modify fixed prescriptions,find out pathogenesis in order to improve the clinical curative effect.
