湖南农村留守儿童体育活动参与现状的回归分析

摘　　要：为了解农村留守儿童体育锻炼状况,有效促进留守儿童身心健康发展,以留守儿童体育参与的现状与影响因素为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计、建模多元回归分析等方法对湖南农村留守儿童体育参与情况进行研究。结果表明:农村留守儿童体育参与存在源动力不足、参与意识不强、参与时间总体偏少、体育锻炼成效低下等现实问题。制约农村留守儿童体育参与的外在因素主要是学业(家务)占用时间较多、场地器材限制、缺乏健身指导等;内在因素主要是体育兴趣不高、参与其它活动较多、健康意识淡薄、自身健康认知差等。对策:加大全民健身的宣传力度,提高农村留守儿童对体育健身的认知水平,改善农村体育基础设施,发挥村委会对留守儿童的体育组织功能,加强留守儿童的体育锻炼指导工作等。In order to understand the rural left -behind children~ physical exercises status, and effectively promote the left behind children~ physical and mental health development, the research focuses on the present situation and the factors of sports participa- tion of the left - behind children, using the methods of literature, questionnaire investigation, interview and mathematical statistics to investigate and study the status of sports participation of the rural left - behind children in Hunan. Research shows that the rural left -behind children are short of the driving force to participate in sports, donl have strong consciousnes and devote less time, so the effectiveness of physical exercise is low. The external factors of restricting the rural left - behind children＇s sports participation are mainly the studies （housework）, venues and equipment constraints, lack of fitness guidance;the internal factors are mainly that the sports interest is not high, the sense of participating in other activities, the consciousness of health, and the awareness of self are poor. Strategies： to increase the propaganda of national fitness, to improve the rural left behind ehildren＇s cognitive level of physical fitness, to improve the rural sports infrastructure, to exert the sports organization funehion of the village committee on left- behind children, and to strengthen the left- behind ehildren＇s physical training guidance work etc..
