摘　　要：设计了一种新型扒谷装车机,该扒谷装车机采用新型左右螺旋和强力推进相结合的结构,液压泵站控制扒谷装置升降范围,扒谷装置可在0°-270°旋转,定位销轴保证了扒谷输送装置转向后的定位。经试验验证表明：设计的新型扒谷装车机的扒谷量、升降高度和旋转角度得到很大提升,减少了配套设备的移动次数,提高了生产效率,实现了扒谷、输送、装车一体化作业。A new grilled valley loading machine was developed. The new structure of the combination of around screw and strongly promoting was used by the machine. The pump station controls unit lifting range of grilled valley, and the device can be rotated at 0°～270°. The positioning pin ensures position of delivery device after the turn. The test verifies that the production, height and the roation angle of this new grilled valley loading machine are greatly improved, the moving times of the devices are reduced, which improves the production efficiency and achieves the integration of the valley, transport and loading.
