摘 要:目的:建立护理部主任领导力评价指标体系,为护理部主任领导力的提升和培养提供理论依据。方法:采用文献回顾法和深度访谈法初步拟定护理部主任领导力评价指标条目,通过Delphi专家咨询法对25位专家进行函询,确定指标体系结构和内容,然后采用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果:经过两轮专家咨询,形成含有3个一级指标、9个二级指标、30个三级指标的护理部主任领导力评价指标体系。结论:所形成的护理部主任领导力评价指标体系专家认可程度和一致性均较高,可以用来客观科学的测评护理部主任的领导力水平,为护理部主任领导力的提升和培养提供理论依据。Objective: To establish the leadership evaluation index system of the director of nursing department and to provide theoretical basis for the promotion and training of leadership of the director of nursing department.Method: Literature review and depth interview method were used to develop the leadership evaluation index of nursing department, we consulted with 25 experts by Delphi expert consultation, the structure and content of the index system were determined, then used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight at all levels.Result: After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system of the director of nursing department, which contained 3 primary indexes, 9 secondary indexes, 30 tertiary indexes, were formed. Conclusion: The leadership evaluation index system has a high degree of recognition and consistency.lt can be used to evaluate the level of leadership of the director of nursing department objectively and scientifically, to provide theoretical basis for the promotion and training of leadership of the director of nursing department.
