GSNO对人鼻咽癌细胞增殖的影响

摘  要:采取GSH和NaNO2(1∶1)在酸性避光条件下反应的方法合成GSNO,用已构建的人鼻咽癌细胞(CNE-2)为模型,研究GSNO对CNE-2细胞增殖的影响.结果表明:NO能明显抑制CNE-2细胞增殖,200μmol/L GSNO作用CNE-2细胞,12h抑制率为19.1%,24h抑制率为30.4%.在一定浓度范围内,GSNO抑制CNE-2细胞的生长增殖效果与作用时间和浓度相关.GSNO was synthesized by the reaction of GSH and NaNO2 under the condition of acid shelter, the effects of GSNO on the proliferation of CNE-2 cells were studied with the constructed human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line as a model. The results showed that NO could obviously inhibit the proliferation of CNE-2 cells, 200umol/L GSNO CNE-2 cells, 12 h inhibition rate was 19.1 0%, 24 h inhibition rate was 30.4 0%. In a certain concentration range, the inhibition of GSNO on the growth of CNE-2 cell proliferation effect related to the reaction.time and concentration.
