摘　　要：化解过剩产能的核心任务是妥善安置职工。开拓企业内部安置渠道、做实做细职工安置工作全过程、全方位保障职工权益、加强职工再就业教育培训、进一步加强政府政策引导和保障托底工作是化解过剩产能过程中职工安置工作需注意的主要问题。The core task of excess capacity reduction is proper staffing. The noticeable key measures concerning staff resettlement in the process of excess capacity reduction include opening up intra-enterprise resettlement channels, working meticulously in the overall process of staff resettlement, fully safeguarding staff＇ s rights and interests, strengthening reemployment training, further enhancing government policy guidance and guaranteeing grass-roots work
