摘  要:介绍了上海第二工业大学的教学团队建设工作,并针对学校开设的环境工程专业,探讨并评价了团队建设对专业改革与发展所起的作用。学校的环境工程教学团队建设切实提高了学校环境类课程的教学水平,提高了教师的业务水平,更好地达到产学研相结合的模式,对其他兄弟院校环境工程专业的发展也有一定的借鉴意义。This paper introduced the team building work in Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, and discussed and evaluated the effect of the team building work on the reform and development of the environmental engineering major. The team building work has effectively improved the standard of teaching for environment courses, and improved the professional level of teachers. It also better achieved the model for combining industry, academia and research, and had the reference significance on the development of environmental engineering major in other universities.
