摘 要:利用超声波辅助提取红景天中黄酮类化合物,采用单因素和正交实验研究了料液比、乙醇浓度、超声波功率、超声波时间、超声波温度对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。结果表明,液料比为1∶35,乙醇的浓度为40%,超声波功率为280 W,超声波时间为40 min的条件下提取效果最佳。在最优化条件下测得总黄酮的提取率可达到17.08%,并测定黄酮类化合物对羟基自由基的消除能力。Aiming to study the extraction of flavonoid compounds in rhodiola rosea with the help of ultrasonic,single factor and orthogonality was used to study the influence of the ratio of solid to liquid,alcohol concentration,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature on the extraction yield of flavonoid. The results showed that it had the highest extracting effect in the conditions that the liquid ratio was 1∶35,ethanol concentration was 40%,ultrasonic power was 280 W,ultrasonic time was 40 min. And the extraction yield of total flavonoid can reach to 17. 08%,under the best condition,hydroxyl radical elimination ability of flavonoid were determined.
